Our Athletic Plan includes a higher amount of carbs and protein than our other meals. The proteins within this plan include Fish, Chicken, and Steak. It will include a mix of vegetables and carbs all packaged together. These meals average 400 calories per meal for women and 600 calories for men. Each week the selection will change to keep your meals changing week by week.
*All custom meals are picked up Tuesday at our Lee Highway location anytime after 5pm. All meals must be picked up on Tuesday. For orders not picked up please call 423.933.5529 to arrange a pick up time.
