Shipping, Pick Up, and Food Storage
Since we are in our first stages of shipping our meals all orders placed on Monday - Friday ship out that following Monday and Tuesday morning. To follow up with any questions you have in regards to shipping please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we do not ship locally or within 30 miles of area code 37421. There is a minimum order amount of $75 for us to ship meals.
Pick ups take place on Sunday at the following times (times listed below are when we will arrive).
Complete Training (Hixson) - 7:15pm - 7:45pm
Peak Fitness (Dalton) - 7:45pm - 8:00pm
Fit + (Next door to Planet Fitness on Lee Hwy) - 8:00pm - 8:20pm
Monday Pick up
Fit+ (Lee Highway) - 9am - 7pm
Tuesday Pick up
Fit + Lee Highway - 3pm - 6pm
*With every delivery we ask that you give us a 15 minute window. Since we are traveling with time sensitive items we cannot leave our facility early to take into account traffic and other accidents that may delay us.
If you are unable to pick up a food item, please let us know ASAP so that we can keep it stored in the refrigerated room for you. We will hold your meals for up to 1 day. After 1 day the meals will be discarded. We do not refund discarded meals. If you are unable to pick up your meals and we are not notified same day we are not responsible for meals that are misplaced or taken as we have no control over the pick up locations. We are only responsible for the delivery itself.
**NOTE** If you have selected Fit+ for Monday we will hold your food until Tuesday at 6pm. After Friday your food items will be discarded.
Food Storage & Cooking Instructions
Upon receiving your order separate your meals into your 5 days worth of eating. Put 2 days worth in the refrigerator and the remaining in the freezer. After 1 days worth of meals have been consumed remove another day from the freezer and place in the refrigerator to thaw.
To reheat your meals remove lid and heat on high for 30-45 seconds. Stir and/or flip and heat for an additional 30-45 seconds.
*Following the above storage nstructions will allow optimal freshness of your meals.
If you receive a food item that is not yours, you may keep it. We are not allowed to accept any returns due to health safety reasons.
Incorrect Order Items
If you receive your order and realize that something is missing or incorrect, please email us at email@example.com ASAP. We have to be notified of this the day of your order being picked up so we can make it right. We do offer a refund for the items missing or that are incorrect.
